Outbound AI Calling
I know this has been delayed over and over again and I sincerely apologize. Last night I was finally able to test outbound AI Calling.
There is now a Web you can integrate into a high-level workflow so when a new lead comes in, it is immediately called by the AI callers.
From there, your caller may qualify your lead and ask questions and save them to custom fields just like the bots do.
At the end it can either set an appointment or do a live transfer to a number you designate.
another amazing aspect of this is there are close to 100 voices now and all of them sound real.
I do realize some of you have not had access to this and may not now. The reason is because it is so quirky that they do not want to roll it out to everyone while there are still problems to be solved.
I do appreciate everybody who has hung in there with us as we roll out these features. we are so close to being the best platform on the market. Just a few more tweaks, and this is going to be something you can resell for high ticket very easily and consistently.
