Christmas Eve Reflections
This Christmas season is hitting me different. Last year this time was a time of rebuilding and outside forces trying to bring me down. The future looking so much different now. I went through a period of shedding the old. Shutting off and pulling back a bit. To break patterns, work on myself and become the person the next phase of my life truly needed. I found faith, I found true supportive healthy love, I found myself this year. I’m in tears writing this even with pride.. I’m about there. 2026 my energy will continue to spread and be a beautiful thing. Because I found it again.. And it’s because of all of you on Skool! Thanks for not only accepting me as me but pushing me to potential beyond that. Merry Christmas all Love Brandon

As the year slows down and the world collectively eats more sugar than usual, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for being here.Thank you for your curiosity, your honesty, your willingness to look inward (even when it’s uncomfortable).This space works because you show up... not perfectly, but intentionally. A tiny invitation for today:Notice where your body naturally exhales.Notice the moment you stop performing and simply be.That’s not laziness, that’s regulation. And if your nervous system needs permission today:✨ You’re allowed to rest.✨ You’re allowed to laugh at nothing.✨ You’re allowed to not “work on yourself” for 24 hours. I’m deeply grateful for this crew and what we’re building together.More depth. More clarity. More presence without the pressure. The holidays have a sneaky way of: • ❄️ speeding up our nervous systems • ❄️ adding invisible expectations • ❄️ turning “joy” into a performance sport So let’s make this practical and playful. ✨☃️ Your Holiday Micro-Reset (takes 60 seconds): 1️⃣ Drop your shoulders like you just realized no one is grading you. 2️⃣ Exhale slowly through your mouth (yes, dramatically). 3️⃣ Ask yourself: “What am I reacting to that doesn’t actually need urgency?” 4️⃣ Choose one thing today to do at 80% instead of 110%. December sneaks urgency into everything. Even joy starts feeling like a task. The 80% reminder is gold. So many of us live at 110% by default and call it normal. Today I’m choosing simplicity. Less push. More presence. Staying with myself instead of performing the season. Appreciate the grounded reset.
