Soulful Sunday
“Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you higher.” — Oprah Winfrey I was reminded yesterday how powerful it can be to spend time with people who inspire us. The people around us matter. Some leave us feeling energized. Hopeful. Creative. More confident about what’s possible. Others can leave us feeling drained, discouraged, or smaller than we were before. That doesn’t necessarily make them bad people. But it may mean they don’t belong in our inner circle. Part of taking care of ourselves is noticing the difference. Spend more time with the people who encourage your growth, celebrate your ideas, tell you the truth with kindness, and remind you of what’s possible. And give yourself permission to create a little distance from the energy that consistently pulls you away from who you’re trying to become. Who are the people who leave you feeling better after you’ve spent time with them? Maybe today is a good day to appreciate them. 🌈
It’s youuuuu!!! 😍

Feel-Good Friday
“Keep your face always toward the sunshine—and shadows will fall behind you.” — Walt Whitman Have you ever noticed that what we look for has a way of becoming what we see? If we spend all day looking for problems, we'll find them. If we look for reasons to be discouraged, they'll show up too. But the opposite is also true. When we intentionally look for kindness... for progress... for opportunities... for moments of joy... we begin to realize they were there all along. It doesn't mean we ignore life's challenges. It simply means we choose not to let them define our entire story. Today's Feel-Good Friday challenge: Share one positive thing that happened this week. It doesn't have to be life-changing. Maybe someone made you laugh. Maybe you finally got a good night's sleep. Maybe you finished something you've been putting off. Maybe you spent 11 intentional minutes just for you. Let's fill this thread with reminders that even in challenging weeks, there is still plenty of good to be found. 🌈

Fantastic Friday
“Keep your face always toward the sunshine—and shadows will fall behind you.” — Walt Whitman Life isn't always ideal. But it's amazing what happens when we intentionally look for what's working instead of what's missing. What's going right instead of what is going wrong. So let's play a game: Tell us one thing that's going right in your life right now. It doesn't have to be huge. Maybe you're sleeping better. Maybe you're making healthier choices. Maybe you're laughing more. Maybe you're simply learning to be kinder to yourself. Big wins count. Tiny wins count. Showing up counts. Let's celebrate what's going right. 🌈

I’ve been working more trips to Hawaii lately, and that’s very enjoyable. Learning how to better shape my schedule into what I want to work and loving that flexibility. Now if I could just dial in my fitness and eating to build my beach body…
🌞 Terrific Tuesday
The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.” — Marcus Aurelius Have you ever noticed that when you're looking for something, you tend to find more of it? If you're looking for problems, you'll find them.If you're looking for reasons to be frustrated, they're everywhere. But the opposite is true, too. When we start looking for moments of kindness, progress, beauty, laughter, opportunity, or gratitude, we begin to notice them more often. The good was there all along—we just trained our attention to see it. 💬 Today's challenge: Share one good thing you've noticed today. It can be something big or something wonderfully small: ☕ Great coffee 🌅 A beautiful sunrise 😊 A kind conversation 🐶 A wagging tail ✅ A small win Let's fill this thread with good things and remind each other that there's often more right in our lives than we realize. 🌈

This morning my husband is driving me to Sacramento airport to start my workday. It’s always a treat to be delivered to the airport by a handsome driver! 🥰
