Think about you at 8 years old. Before the pressure. Before the timelines. Before the “shoulds.” What did that 8 year old version of you love doing just because it was fun? But here’s the cool part:When you intentionally look for something positive, you literally help rewire that pattern. 👉 Question of the Day: What’s one good thing happening right now — even if it’s small? (We’re training our brains together.)
