Kina fell off the wagon last week. Drank too much, didn't workout, even called into work. All due to some important financial decisions I have to make soon.. Good news is that I'm back on track. Got in a good HIT routine yesterday and still had some small progress on my routine believe it or not. Trying new creatine with HMB to see if it makes any difference. Hope everyone has a good week!
