Hallelujah, I do not know how i did this, it has taken 3 months of my life, 380 hours and a right old slog, however i was sure correct that the NHS took my CSF without consent OR NEED, just GREED. I am a great findoutologist, however i am unsure of the process i should take with this case. I have done my research, and it is pretty epic. Does anyone know about the route i should proceed with this case. This is where i get confused... THANK YOU TO THIS GROUP, for all the support to make this possible especially Pete. I do not know how you do it. Replying to all of us, keeping us up-to-+date, videos every week, public meetings, Free documents Free advice wow........ I did one case and i am shattered. You really are a true inspiration Pete, and all in here. Here is the case..... Summary of Case Ref: HOF-666-235 Unlawful Collection, Custody, and Disclosure of Clinical (CSF) Material Prepared by: Clare (Self-represented) Date: 23 January 2026 Core Allegation The case concerns the unlawful collection, handling, and possible disclosure of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) by University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, without: - valid consent, - documented legal authority, - or a lawful chain of custody. Material Involved - Biological specimen: CSF, obtained via lumbar puncture - Special category data: Clinical and forensic records attached to specimen - This is not a simple data breach — it involves handling of human tissue without consent. Legal Breaches Identified Based on the disclosed documents in the Chain of Evidence bundle: 1. No Signed Consent 2. No Chain of Custody 3. Governance Not Executed 4. No Safeguard Actions Taken 5. Systemic Failure Findings and Evidentiary Status - Findings rely on disclosed documents alone (SAR05932 bundle) - Annex G and H demonstrate that governance documents were provided in place of execution records - Evidence is fully itemised, paginated, and source-linked - No reliance on opinion — absence is recorded as absence

Thank you so much Pete.. I have sent it to the IC( then, apparently the CQC, however unsure after that. It's a horrendous procedure they did. Totally unessisary. However, my gut was correct they sold my CSF to a German stem-cell Lab Just waiting on more evidence ha Thank you again Pete for the reply, I don't know how you do it.

Hamish is chasing Harry the haggis, but don't worry we are all here no matter which country you are from, we are all mankind🙂 we will be having a fun and informative quizz, like these questions maybe:- Trust Question “If a trust ultimately depends on intention, honesty, and people doing the right thing…what do you think is the hardest part to get right: the paperwork, the people, or the patience?” The Broons “Who do you think really runs the Broons household: Paw Broon, Maw Broon, or Granpaw Broon pretending he’s no idea what’s going on?” “A Scotsman, an Irishman, a Welshman, and an Englishman all walk into a pub…who’s at the bar first?” The Englishman. - The Scotsman lost his wallet - The Irishman is already having "Craic" with a stranger - The Welshman is just being sheepish - The Englishman cut in front trying to be better than the rest “So… who actually buys the first round?” The Geordie — who’s just walked in with his lass, she’s got nee coat on,and he’s shouting: “Haway man, get the Broons in!” 🤣🥳😍 Tuesday 7.30pm online but in the Toon Geordies Aa went te Blaydon Races, ’twas on the ninth o’ June,Eighteen hundred an’ sixty-two, on a summer’s afternoon; Aa tuk the bus frae Balmbra’s an’ she was heavy laden, Away we went alang Collingwood Street, that’s on the road to Blaydon. Oh me lads, ye should’ve seen us gannin’, Passin’ the folks upon the road just as they were stannin’; Thor was lots o’ lads an’ lasses there, all wi’ smiling faces, Gannin’ alang the Scotswood Road to see the Blaydon Races. Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau (Land of My Fathers) Welsh Mae hen wlad fy nhadau yn annwyl i mi,Gwlad beirdd a chantorion, enwogion o fri;Ei gwrol ryfelwyr, gwladgarwyr tra mad,Dros ryddid collasant eu gwaed. Scotland (Flower of Scotland is copyright) Oh, ye’ll tak the high road, and I’ll tak the low road, And I’ll be in Scotland afore ye; But me and my true love will never meet again On the bonnie, bonnie banks o’ Loch Lomond. Now for England We were tempted to go with Mary Had a Little Lamb…

The Ancient History of Silver as Lawful Money 1. Before Coins: Silver as Weight (c. 3000–700 BCE) Silver first ruled not as coins, but as weight-measured value. In Mesopotamia, silver was reckoned by the shekel—a unit of weight, not a coin. The Code of Hammurabi (c. 1754 BCE) sets wages, fines, dowries, and damages explicitly in silver weight. Grain fed you. Silver settled the account. Silver was more valuable than gold back then...lol 🤣
CMTM Cèilidh a’ Gheamhraidh Or Checkmate The Matrix – Midwinter Clan Gathering
Checkmate The Matrix Cèilidh a’ Gheamhraidh (Midwinter Clan Gathering) As the wheel of the year turns and the realm grows quiet beneath long winter nights, we gather, not by accident, but by being. We gather as our clan, as our people, those who recognise one another beyond names, beyond roles, beyond the noise of the world. We are bound by sovereignty, freedom, and love. We are not defined by beginnings or endings, for we are energetic spirits of a greater universal power. We simply are, and in remembering this, we find each other again, again, and again. Tonight we gather in the old way, in the spirit of the ancient Scottish Gaelic clans that I write of, man and woman who comprehended that in the dark of winter, community, support and togetherness was not a luxury, but a necessity. Fire was lit. Voices were raised. Stories were shared. Laughter echoed, and the clan endured, survived. This is our CMTM Cèilidh a’ Gheamhraidh — our midwinter clan gathering. There is no agenda here. No hierarchy. No masks (F**K that lol) to wear. Come as you are. Bring your warmth, your humour, your stories, and your presence, your YOU. There will be music, laughter, a silly fun quiz, and a drink if you fancy (or don’t). What matters is not what you bring, but that you come, and that you are. Our shared path is not always an easy one. Together we stand for mankind, for not what "They call the truth" but what is really true, for raising the vibration for all, and for holding the line against forces that thrive on fear and division. But tonight, we lay that weight down for a while. Tonight we remember fun. Tonight we remember kinship. Tonight we remember that freedom also lives in laughter, in song, in mischief, and in simply being together. THEY can celebrate whatever, BUT we stand in the light and our laughter diminishes shadows. We are love. So let us be happy. Let us celebrate our clan, our connection, and the freedom of our minds. Let us sit together in warmth and light, exactly as clans always have and always will. Welcome to Checkmate The Matrix Cèilidh a’ Gheamhraidh
