We just broke 40k Members, in less then 4 months... To say I am honored and blown away is an understatement. I feel like yesterday @Matthew Creamer quit his job to sleep on my floor and bust out 15 hour days to build out content, structure and anything else I thought you all would need to make this community worth it. But at the end of the day there is only one thing for me to say. THANKYOU None of this, and I mean NONE of this would be remotely worth it if it wasn't for you all. To list and tag everyone that have contributed so much valuable not just to this community but to me would be nearly impossible. Thank you to every single one of you. Thank you for commenting and helping out on posts Thank you for sharing the wins you have gotten both at home and professionally. Thank you for believing in me and what I am building septically those of you who have been around since the beginning (you know who you are). I cannot tell you how happy my heart is to get in front of you all and teach, talk, ask questions and even learn a lot myself. It is a dream come true to become someone that people can learn from; to share my thoughts and have those very thoughts change the way people live their lives and do their work. It's only the beginning too, I can't wait to see what the rest of the year has in store, and I promise to keep building, working and recording for you all. i am not massively narcissistic (come on, where is the spell check when i need it). i might be a little drunk. at least i might sound so. i wanna give Claude to my team. but with myself in it. example (very simple example): my son (who started to work with me) keeps asking for having all company details like VAT no. of all our companies, register no. to the company register, phone numbers, names of our contractors, ... in one place, up to date of course. !!! that's gold when it comes to certain contacts and details AND it has to be handled with way more care than he (or anybody else in my team for that matter) might think. but ok, if i do that, then not only with full transparency but also with notes and whatever i might figure out in the process. example (a bit more complex): well, there are 1.000 ..... but let's say i give them Claude along with my "CLAUDE.....-files". that's MY BRAIN. not that i am that arrogant to think that i am the hero of the century, but that is my "OPINION" ... as Jack put it. .... help me think of it for a minute @Ari Evergreen @Bas Rosario @Mira Bradshaw @Ruben Aguirre ... @guy with the hat that i cant find right now. so i better get that right. let me sum up what i am doing. 1. i am a real estate developer. i got 50 units, houses and apartments under construction in a market that couldn´t be more challenging, though i like challenges and i am on the doorstep of open doors if i get that right now. 2. i am building my own full scale numbers tool. i call it like that because every other term creates a bias thats not helpful. 3. i have a little programming skills (which brought me here (and i mean everything i am doing, marketing and numbers stuff) and a solid graphical education (by practice and an amazing old school teacher (which will hate me for using the term "old" for him) and i just wanna say that i am that peaky that i keep throwing out social media mangers and graphic agencies. - not a good thing) 4. i will have a CEO for my company from 1st of July on which should give me space for point 3. so i can provide a solid base - numbers, reports, calculations for new projects (which is a little miracle in the market i am operating in right now) AND marketing wise, social media, .... 5. i do have some client interactions, if sales needs me to be the "shining star" or the "bad cop" 6. i don´t know how to scream out louder for some help....

One, a lot more of you are submitting now. If I am going to really sit with every entry and give it a proper look, a weekend is not enough. This round I went through all of them, watched the videos, opened the repos, the full pass. That takes time and I would rather do it right than rush it. Two, I could feel a few of you running hot. Weekly is a sprint, and burnout was starting to creep in for some. So we are moving to bi-weekly. More room to build, more room to breathe, and the time for me to actually review the work the way it deserves. 🎥 Quick word on the videos. They were a step up this round. Some of the animated walkthroughs and live demos were a genuine pleasure to watch, and yes, I weigh them. A clean demo that shows the thing actually working makes a real difference. However I don't want that to ALWAYS be a requirement. I have two questions I’ve been sitting with and I want to hear from people who’ve figured this out. Question 1: Claude Code vs Claude API cost If I build an app in Claude Code, complete with a frontend and a real workflow, and I want other people to use that product (not Claude Code itself), how do I handle the cost side? The goal is to let users interact with the product without me eating API costs on every request. Is there a clean way to do this while still leveraging a Claude subscription, or is the API bill just unavoidable once you’re serving users? Question 2: Automating Claude Code I come from n8n. I know how to chain workflows, handle webhooks, trigger automations. But Claude Code with ICM is a different kind of powerful, especially for handling larger data volumes, which is one of n8n’s real limitations. What I want to understand is: how do people actually automate Claude Code? Not just run it manually, but set it up so it’s doing work on a schedule or in response to triggers, the same way you’d build a workflow in n8n. If you’ve done either of these, drop it in the comments. I’d rather learn from someone who’s already made the mistake.
