Recruitment flow!🚀
I am working on setting up a recruitment flow to source candidates for a new vacancy. I would like to use a tool that can search or scrape the internet for potential candidates that match a specific profile. Does anyone have recommendations for tools that make it easy to find the right candidates, with advanced search on role, sector, location and similar filters Many tools I have seen so far do not allow very detailed or advanced filtering, so any suggestions or experiences with tools that do this well would be very helpful.
People Data Labs Api💡📈?!
Hey everyone! Has anyone here worked with People Data Labs before? I’m curious to hear about your experiences and insights!

@Kevin troy Lumandas Is it useful for sourcing the right candidates for a job opening, for example?
N8N & Recruitment 🚀
Has anyone ever built an n8n flow that finds suitable candidates (nearby!) for a job posting based on the vacancy details? I’d love to hear more about people’s experiences with this.

Thanks @Titus Blair, @Kevin troy Lumandas, @Frank Balaszi and @Amanda Rose. How do you make sure that your online search actually finds the right candidates? From my own experience, I often notice that many of the people I find aren’t really a good match — most of them are either in the wrong region or at the wrong seniority level, even though my search criteria are quite specific. Do you have any tips for improving this?

@Titus Blair thanks! What do you mean by space?
Best way to scrape LinkedIn profiles in N8N based on a job description? 🤔✨
I’m currently experimenting with an automation in N8N and I’d love to hear from others who might have done something similar. The goal is to scrape or extract LinkedIn profiles that match a specific job description. In other words: given a vacancy, I’d like to automatically find the right potential candidates. I know there are many different approaches (API, scraping tools, external integrations, etc.) but I’m not sure which way is the most efficient, stable, and solid-proof ✅. Has anyone here already tried something like this? If yes, what worked best for you? And maybe just as important: what pitfalls should I avoid? 🚀 Really curious to learn from your experiences and best practices! Thanks in advance 🙏

@Mithun Sony Have you had any hands-on experience with this? 😊 If so, what did you use it for? Really curious to hear your story
🚀New Video: n8n's Text to Workflow Somehow Made Building Agents Even Easier
In this video, I dive into n8n’s new Text-to-Workflow builder and show you why it’s such a game-changer for saving time. I run through three live examples so you can see what kinds of prompts work well, where it struggles, and how to think about using it the right way. I also cover the limitations and the mindset you need: this tool is a great starting point to cut down build time, but you’ll still need to understand the fundamentals of how workflows work if you want to make them reliable and improve on what the builder gives you. ⚠️ Quick note: This feature hasn’t officially rolled out to everyone yet. So if you update n8n and don’t see the Text-to-Workflow builder, don’t freak out — it’s being rolled out in phases as they continue improving the product.
