Bio: Been a member of Evolve since 2019 and it’s like my second home I have a son and a daughter and two grandsons. I’m a passionate animal lover and vegan

Bio: Joined Evolve Bedford in September 2018. I float around Bedford and SH and every once in a while I pop over to the Dark side to hit up a spin class.

Bio: Working mom, near-empty nester, loves live music and theatre and outdoor fun. Keji is my happy place; a thatched cottage in Ireland is my bucket list.
