On speed — it comes down to the buyer and title. I've got cash buyers who close land in ~3 weeks and SFH fast when the numbers are right. Made 100 Calls today! Had 1 inbound call. Not interested. Had 14 Pick ups 6 Not interested. 4 Wrong Numbers. 4 Hang Ups Left 33 Voicemails. If it wasn't people today.. it was technology. SMH..one of them character building days as I like to call em. Patience was tested forsure. Outreach took me wayyy longer than it usually does. I can usually get 100 calls in 2-3 hrs. Depending on how much talk time I actually have. Just felt like I was being held back while trying to push forward most the day. But still we push!! FORWAARRDDD!!!!!! Day by Day! Brick by Brick! WE BUILD!! Corrected some more flaws in the CRM today. We rollin wayy smoother now! Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day! 2 Appointments lined up!! YOU CANT STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!!
