Motivation
What's one thing that, when you understood, your motivation stopped mattering?

Motivation is a feeling, Commitment is a decision.
confusing or a welcome change?
The number one reason people leave the yard is because they get spammed by notifications by me. Totally fair, I hate notifications myself So I'm gonna start posting my value posts from this account and you won't receive any notifications unless you are following the account. I think this is smart It's essentially me posting no matter what all the changes is that you get to choose whether you get notifications from me or not. Unfortunately, as Skool is set up you default get notifications of everything. The admin account posts so I will post a lot less frequently on that account (a.k.a. my main @Jack Robinson account.)

Don't know that it gonna help. You've got so many challenges and things going that is hard to wrap my old brain around it all..if feels like mass confusion all of the time. a screenshot of my skool notifications in just the last three hours!
Some thoughts I've learned from Jack
So some people here I've found struggle with engagement in their skool's, so here's one thing that Jack taught me and the theory behind it. The thing: Try marketing inside of skool. The theory: In the beginning you want people who engage, that's how you get the ball rolling because incoming people come in and see a vibrant community, that way they stay and you grow. Problem is, most people that you pull (If you market) come from somewhere else, so they don't know how to be good Skoolers, they haven't learned the wonders of the skool, so they just don't engage. In short, a couple of people from skool inside of your community might be the spark that will start the fire and the people that come later are like the fuel to the fire! Hope this helps you beautiful people!

The way i see it... If your gonna use a cold dm.strategy And , If you want group engagement, target people who are engaged in other groups aligned with you mission. . So how do you do that? Simply join groups with alignment and moke a list of the leader board ranks. Search the members one at time and like their post, comment and an interact with them. If there is some repport, only then shoot the invite over to them.. In email marketing we call this warming people up... Tip - personalize the invite as much as you can for better conversions 😀
Why do people start ignoring me and becoming inactive
Lots of people who join my community don't post anything and some don't even respond to dm's. here the chat was going pretty well but as soon as I asked him if he wants help (free) he stopped responding. Anyone experienced here how to fix this. I mean thats why I joined lol my Skool community is dead as hell. Also @Jack Robinson sorry for still not sending a Selfie, but tomorrow I will for sure!

Hi Max, Jack gave some solid advice... I don’t know your exact niche, but I’ve got a lot of experience as a high-ticket, no-call closer. and the same rules always apply. Here’s the thing: You only get movement when you get the truth on the table. And people only tell you the truth when they feel like they discovered it. In your screenshot, he gave you a symptom: “I need to work on reading a lot more.” But before he ever explained why, what’s behind it, or what it’s costing him, you went straight into fixing mode. That’s where it fell apart. It’s like going to the doctor and saying: “I probably need to lose some weight.” And the doctor instantly replies: “Great, let’s schedule a gastric bypass for tomorrow.” You skip over the conversation where the patient would normally reveal the real problem: “I’m embarrassed by my health.” “My doctor warned me.” “I’m scared of ending up like my parents.” “I don’t know where to start.” When you jump to solutions before the person even understands their own problem, they shut down. Not because you did something wrong
but because you moved faster than their trust could follow. What would’ve worked better? Staying in “doctor mode” a little longer: “Got it — why is that important to you right now?” “What happens if nothing changes?” “How long has this been bothering you?” “What’s the biggest thing reading is holding you back from?” Those questions lead them to the diagnosis. When they say it, they own it. And once they own it, they’re open to help. When you rush to the solution before they’ve revealed the real problem, they back out. And that’s the real reason people ghost. Not because they’re rude. Not because they’re flaky. Not because they don’t want help. People ghost when: they feel pressured they sense a pitch coming they don’t want to commit they don’t feel understood the conversation jumps faster than their trust Ghosting is a defense mechanism, not a judgment
Do you think this Skool will work?
I am new to Skool. I had a question in mind. I wanted to start a Skool that helps young men giv up porn. Do you guys think I should start it or is it a bad idea?

I think the mission is good, but the positioning needs work Don’t sell ‘quit porn’ Sell relief from the guilt, fog, and loss of control. Point at something concrete, like there job proformance is suffering cause there up half the night and they don't have day energy Or the problems and conflicts with their RL partner over the habit. I always see any offer through the lens of Folks buy painkillers, not vitamins
