Some thoughts I've learned from Jack

So some people here I've found struggle with engagement in their skool's, so here's one thing that Jack taught me and the theory behind it.

The thing: Try marketing inside of skool.

The theory: In the beginning you want people who engage, that's how you get the ball rolling because incoming people come in and see a vibrant community, that way they stay and you grow. Problem is, most people that you pull (If you market) come from somewhere else, so they don't know how to be good Skoolers, they haven't learned the wonders of the skool, so they just don't engage.

In short, a couple of people from skool inside of your community might be the spark that will start the fire and the people that come later are like the fuel to the fire!
