Is the new version of n8n which has inbuilt ai features also available for self-hosting n8n version?

The way n8n is being upgraded is fascinating to witness. Can n8n also be used as an alternative tool for creating AI agents, like CrewAI and LindyAI? I’m wondering because initially I saw n8n merely as an automation tool, but it seems to be moving in a more agentic direction.

I am currently hosting my n8n on Railway. After registering on GitHub, I received a $5 credit, and all I had to do was choose a n8n template. However, I'm considering using n8n for production processes. For example, if I create an automation, I want to allow other people to access my automations through APIs. I’ve been witnessing many templates around Make. Mostly they are hosted on Make website created by individuals. Do we also have similar template library for n8n? Can we upload our n8n template to any website or their official website if there is one?
