I’ve been reading 100M Leads by Alex Hormozi and honestly, it’s one of those books that forces you to stop overthinking and just do the work. One thing that stood out is this idea of increasing the perceived likelihood of achievement. People don’t buy because they don’t believe it will work for them . Here’s how to fix that, starting now. Step 1: Write your dream outcome clearly Answer this in one sentence: “When someone works with me, what exact result do they walk away with?” or "When someone buys from me, what exactly will they benefit?" Not vague results. Be specific and human. Example: “I help busy moms go from scattered ideas to one clear side hustle they can start within 30 days.” If you can’t say it clearly, neither can your audience. Step 2: Prove it can work for someone like them You do not need testimonials to start. Proof can be: - Your own story - Someone you’ve helped informally - Your professional background - A result you helped create at work or in life If you’ve helped even one person, that counts. If you are one step ahead of them, that counts. Step 3: Reduce the effort and time in their mind People are scared of how hard something will be. So instead of saying: “This will change your life” Say things like: “This takes 30 minutes a day” “This is one simple step at a time” “You don’t need to quit your job” Your job is to make it feel doable, not dramatic. Step 4: Reach out to people you already know, you already have leads. The goal is to reach out to atleast 20 people you know per day (To get what you want you have to deserve what you want). - Your phone contacts. - Past coworkers. - Friends. - DMs. - WhatsApp groups. Use the ACA Framework: A: Acknowledge C: Compliment A: Ask This works for DMs, WhatsApp, texts, email, and even voice notes. Simple Examples You Can Use Today First reach-out attempt (very soft): “Hey [Name], how are you doing? I was just thinking about you and wanted to check in.”
