This week has been hectic (all my weeks are). I started a conversation with a very important group of individuals in the UK early in the week. I have a very important meeting with them tomorrow. If this comes through it is a major thing for me, my web business AND the label.

As a label working with young acts who don't have management, I feel part of my job is management to some degree.. Wrangling these guys to get me finished work (or their parts done so I can get the mixing done, yes I am a full service label) is the hardest part. I also find myself helping them shape their sound, being dad sometimes (lol), finding them gigs (my choice but I have the connections so why not use the connections).

I survived... a really rough week... does that count???

@Thomas Crawford there is that lol... I overcame....I over worked, I over estimated and underestimated... but I survived.

Getting all label bands music set up on all the on-demand sites I use for CD's lol... Ugh such a tedious thing...

So yeah, unless you are gigging, just use on-demand, zero cost and you can offer fans physical... and, once you have those set up you can order your bulk from them when you need them for gigs...

Oh the horror... Well, I have made prog rock, folk, metal, synth pop, retrowave, but now I am where I should never have left... GOTH ROCK! Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.
