Howdy, I'm wanting to put specific titles to each level members can achieve within the community and I've come up with two options. Option A - Level 1: The Dreamer -- talented but still waiting for something to happen - Level 2: The Awakened -- just realized talent alone isn't enough - Level 3: The Student -- actively learning the business side for the first time - Level 4: The Strategist -- starting to apply frameworks to their career - Level 5: The Builder -- putting real systems and income streams in place - Level 6: The Operator -- running their music career like an actual business - Level 7: The Pro -- earning consistently and thinking long term - Level 8: The Authority -- known in their niche, sought after, not chasing - Level 9: The Sovereign (or Architect) -- fully independent, multiple income streams, on their own terms Option B - Level 1: The Unsigned -- raw talent, no direction, waiting to be discovered - Level 2: The Awakened -- just realized the old model doesn't work - Level 3: The Indie -- taking ownership, learning to operate independently - Level 4: The Session Player -- showing up consistently, building their craft and business together - Level 5: The Headliner -- stepping into a leadership role in their own career - Level 6: The Label -- thinking like a business, not just an artist - Level 7: The Crossover -- breaking through into real professional territory - Level 8: The Executive -- running their music career with authority and strategy - Level 9: The Icon -- fully realized, independent, and on their own terms Let me know what you think by voting in the poll.

Hmmmmm I’d say I’m actively learning as I go. Especially the band management side. Though we can always learn more so I try to be a sponge. In all honesty I’ve no idea where I am in regards to the above.

I hate the use of AI music. I think it hurts our industry as a whole and takes away the soul of what we do.

@Thomas Crawford yeah I saw that. It’s just a topic of frustration and contention for me lol.
