🌱 Mindset Shift: Keep On Nudging Ahead 🌱
One day, I was walking my service animal 🐾, whose name happens to be Kona. At that time, I was struggling just to get out of bed 😔—and she was one of the only reasons I did get out of bed that day. On that walk 🚶🏽♀️, it hit me:✨ K-O-N-A → Keep On Nudging Ahead ✨ That day I made a decision. A small nudge forward ➡️ was better than staying in bed 🛏️. And that tiny shift changed everything 🌟. There have been dark days 🌧️—days I didn’t want to brush my teeth 🪥, shower 🚿, get dressed 👗, or keep going. But instead of giving up, I learned to nudge ahead. Just do the next small thing ✅. And you know what? Those nudges added up ➕. Every single nudge has carried me through obstacles I once thought were impossible 💪. 💡 So today, I want to encourage you: Don’t underestimate the power of a nudge 🌼.It doesn’t have to be a leap 🚀, a sprint 🏃♀️, or a giant step.
