Bio: I am a retired police inspector, with 30 years of experience. I retired 2nd in command of the police service and managed recruiting for 12 years.

Bio: Owner of Redline Conditioning, where we prepare you for your POPAT, PARE, PFA, and everything in between.

Bio: Grew up in Quebec, former teacher. Joined RCMP in 1995. Worked General Duty, Drugs, Serious Crimes, Homicide and Professional Responsibility.
