Training Program
Requested by Lawrence. This is the program I used for the majority of last year which helped me put on decent size while maintaining decent condition. Hope it helps people on here out. If you have any questions, post them here and I'll do my best to get back to everyone. Dorian Yates Inspired Routine. 3x per week. Monday, Thursday, Saturday. Legs, To save time I did everything as tri set. Maybe a minute in between sets and as much time as felt I needed after the 3 sets. Each exercise was one set till failure. I would have liked more time between sets but I rarely had the time I'd like to train. Leg Extension Machine Calf Raise Seated Leg Curl Leg Press Seated Calf Raise Prone or standing leg curl Hack Squat or Squat variation Donkey Calf Raise Stiff Legged Deadlift Would normally do some neck work after. (Time pending) Day 2 Back and Shoulders - I could do a set of back, then a set of shoulders back to back. Break after every 2 sets. Pullover (always Nautilus) Shoulder Press Chin up or Pulldown Machine lateral raise Machine Row Cable lateral raise Different row (I had a few scapular retraction movements I liked. Something like a kelso shrug) Low Back machine. Day 3, Chest and Arms. (Also known as the day you look forward too!) Chest Press - spent sometime on my smith machine because it was new for me. Machine Bicep Curl Machine chest press - Normally converging because my first chest press didn't. Cable Bicep Curl Fly machine Preferred Tricep extension DB curls Dip machine I didn't do much triceps and kept it at the end because I didn't want it to take away from pressing and there was some overlap with shoulder pressing. Diet as discussed was Dr. Mauro Pasquale's Anabolic Diet/Metabolic Diet. Results according to Inbody. 229lbs, 117.5 SMM Bodyfat percentage was 11.4%. I think the inbody rates me a bit too low but that's what it reads. This is the program that took me to my new best.

Happy New Year Jeremy.
Who is going to Strength Forum Next Week?
Being in Canada we have already had our first snow fall of the year. Looking forward to Florida and the weather but more importantly to catch up with all the great people who are going. Nothing better then catching up in person. Note: The look on my face when I see they are calling for 80+ Fahrenheit.

@Ray Tate thank you. Appreciate that.

@Ray Tate I had one. Also had a single arm hip and back. Sold them both to pick up a super geared hip and back. Also currently have a 2st hip and back along with a pendulum reverse glute ham. I've run a hip and back on my floor as a must have for close to 20 years now. Thank you for the kind comment about the Vette. Cars are a passion of mine.

If you don't ask you will never know the answer. Obviously we all know who @Pete Cerqua is. Before I started coaching with Pete I was 255 pounds. Life had kicked my butt and my weight showed it. I heard Pete talk about how losing weight had helped his business. After I decided to move forward with this business I made a decision to lose weight. Going through coaching Pete reinforced that idea. He challenged me to lose weight. A lot of weight. It is working, people are taking notice. Now the goal is to get down to 190 pounds. I had to ask Dr. Ellington Darden to measure my arms. Especially when the topic of his talk was arms. I don't know about y'all but when I got interested in lifting I wanted to grow my arms. I remember in his book "The New High Intensity Training" Darden talks about the length of the muscle determines it's potential growth. So I had to ask him about the potential of my arms. He measure them at 17 inches. He said I can add another inch to each arm. I also asked Jim Flanagan if I could come back for a workout. Asked how the workout demo guinea pigs are selected. Then volunteered myself for selection. I also wrote a little less than 14 pages of notes. I need to sit down and reread through them multiple times to digest it all. If you are on the fence about going to Strength Forum next year GO! Ask questions and be bold. And remember "People with small calves should pay more in taxes." -Alexander Hamilton

It was a pleasure to meet you Tom. I enjoyed our chat with Mike Bradley. Getting your arms taped from Ellington Darden and him saying you can put on another inch is beyond cool. I dont care for your calf t shirt but everything else was very interesting. Lol.
Billing & Payments Question
Quick question for the crew โ€” how do you handle billing when clients travel or miss sessions? I currently use monthly recurring billing, which keeps income predictable but gets tricky when clients miss more than a week or want to โ€œbankโ€ sessions or reschedule a bunch at once โ€” even though itโ€™s technically a use-it-or-lose-it setup to hold their spot. Have you found a system that keeps income consistent, sets clear expectations and is easy to manage for you? Curious whatโ€™s worked best for you.

How would you like to be treated/billed if the situation were reversed?
