My mornings always set me up for the rest of the day! But I also like to bucket my days into three parts - so if I have a bad morning, I don’t feel like I need to carry that into the second bucket of the day

Staying curious helped me. I can get caught up in a lot of unfair situations & knowing that every single scenario is a place of growth and learning and then being curious about what this can teach me.
