Checking in early today. I finally sold my desk, yay! Now I can get the one that'll serve me better and I'll be able to move forward. Been feeling at a standstill with that desk sitting there. Still haven't edited my videos 🫣 but the day is young. Movement has been done early today so at least I got that in!

Fun birthday and went out with the girls tonight for tacos. Felt right holding the protocol as a gift to myself. Isn't the journey to our best version just the best gift we can give ourselves always? Wrote and went to the gym. Keeping in rocking.

Today was a big step for me. I taught a crafting class at a local museum to all ages. I normally never do anything like this since it's very outside of my comfort zone. But it went really well and they would like for me to come back in the future. It's a really good way to get my name out there. Movement was sparse today, but I'm still very sore from yesterday's workout through raking brush at the wolf sanctuary. I was also brave enough to film it for a video!

Went to restock my shelves today. Only one place had my labels ready, so I'll have to do the other later this week. Did some exercise as well. Feeling the burn! Will work more on continuing to clean my space tomorrow.

Been falling a bit behind today on these. Question: if you don't hit anything from your goals on the day, do you check in still to share that or just not check in? Today did planning for the week and got my movement in.
