Hi everyone! I am organizing a canal run this Sunday April 19th @ 10:00 AM. We will do a light warmup and then start the run around 10:15 AM. We will be meeting outside of City Hall on the side facing Laurier Ave. We will be running 5KM. Everyone is free to run at their own pace. The run will go along the canal from City Hall, to Canal Ritz and back. You are free to run a bit further if you are faster. This is a great opportunity to come out and meet more likeminded people! No shuttle run practice that weekend.

Hi everyone! What a great turnout today! I will be organizing a canal run! Was hoping to get an idea of when will work for everyone! Was planning to have this run be anywhere between 5-10km, starting at city hall, whereas you can run at the pace that best suits you! Was looking at either Saturday April 18th or Sunday April 19th at around 10am. Please vote and then comment to give me an idea of distance you would like to go for. This will be a minimum of 5km run.
