A most wonderful day! A special friend came to visit for the weekend so today I took her on a trip further South. Thrift shopping in towns along the way to our lunch destination at a cute "Retro Cafe" but the highlight was an evening of creativity! I've been wanting to try my hand at Lino printing again and it did not disappoint...and of course the perfect choice was this "farmyard friend". Have you tried Lino printing?

I’ve always loved rocks—especially smooth, flat river rocks. They’re perfect for painting or decorating, and each one feels like a little piece of nature’s art. This one is decoupaged and sits in my office, where it reminds me of one of our RV adventures to the river. Sometimes the smallest keepsakes hold the biggest memories.
