Bio: 62 years old and overweight most of my life. I took the 21-day course last year in Sept 2023, learned a lot but my head wasn't in the right place.

Bio: Grew up in Westlake Ohio. I am the 6th Child of 8. Was not well behaved in High School. Was banned from commencement but did get that diploma.

Bio: I am interested in the body's chemistry. When it is balanced, there is health. Knowledge leads to empowerment. Helping others is what I do.
