I am in the cycling off phase for CJC/Ipa. During this time, I have lost muscle mass :( I am looking for another peptide that I could alternate with CJC/Ipa to combat the muscle mass loss. Any suggestions?
@Sabrina Serna I follow a lifting plan created for me by a fitness coach at my gym, which she changes up every other month. I’ve increased the weights consistently. As for protein, I have to admit I struggle to get enough protein. I don’t each much and I have celiac disease.

I am starting a round of cjc 1295 with ipamorelin and I'm wondering what time of day everyone doses it? I had read morning and/or evening is fine. I also read post workout. My goal is to increase lean muscle mass. Thanks 😊
