I'm a bit lost as to how to: a) Individually continue the conversation in a way that leads to a sale and not just random back and forth... My thought was to ask them what about _____ they find most difficult, then deepen, but not sure that's the best approach. Also, not sure when to jump in to offer a call to the list with an initial solution that I can then, at the end, make an offer. For example, once you fix this, then this is the problem do you want my help with that? And make an offer to work with me or something more specific. Any bits of wisdom would be appreciated to maintain the momentum and capitalize on the fact that there is a need I have not yet found how to address.
