Efrain Medina – My Story / Primary Aim (Written on May 10th, 2026) Today is Saturday, May 10th, 2031. It is a beautiful spring morning. I am grateful, and I feel at peace. I am grateful to God for all He has given me. Today is Mother's Day in Mexico; I will call my mom to congratulate her and tell her that I love her. My mother still lives in the village where I was born. Here at our ranch in Issaquah, my son, Efraín, is about to go to school. Efraín is fully recovered, strong, and healthy. He is happy living on the ranch and spending time with his friends. He continues to play sports and loves to go outside. Juliana, my daughter, is happy with her work and lifestyle. Juliana enjoys traveling; this summer, she will be traveling through Europe, something she has been planning for two years now. Brenda, my wife, and I love the peace of mind we have today. Since we moved, we have embraced a healthier lifestyle; we eat cleaner and exercise constantly. I weigh 210 pounds and feel strong—as if I were 30 years old and not the 50 that I am! I am proud of the business we have built and the caliber of people we have on our team. This year, our goal is to surpass $3M in production with a net margin of 17%. After Q1, we are a little ahead of our numbers. Another thing that fills me with pride is my new venture, which has been growing for two years. It has already reached 50 contractors whom I have been able to help with their businesses. This business focuses on consulting and coaching for small businesses. The cost is low because I do it not for monetary gain, but out of gratitude to those who helped me when I was a novice in business matters. Last January, for my birthday, I fulfilled a dream: buying a Porsche convertible. Now that it is spring, we have used it a couple of times, but in a few weeks, we will be enjoying the car even more. This summer, we will visit my brothers and mom in Jalisco. Also, we will be looking at condos in Puerto Vallarta with the intention of buying one. We want it to be beautiful, centrally located,

A phone call is best, but here’s a simple text/email you can use, but customize the bracketed parts first: “Hey [Name], I’m working through an [8-week] plan on something I genuinely want to finish. I thought of you because I respect you. Would you be open to doing a quick 15-minute accountability call with me once a week for the next [8] weeks? You’d only need to ask me 3 questions: 1. What did I learn this week? 2. Did I do what I said I would do? 3. What am I committing to next? Are you in?” If you don’t have someone in mind yet, but want to commit to the process, comment “OPEN” below, and we’ll pair you with someone else in this community doing the same work.

The highlighted text in the attached document represents the things I imagined and wrote about in 2021 that were not yet reality, but have since become reality. Two of the biggest were writing about someday having a daughter, who wasn’t even planned yet, and owning my dream second home on the water in Malibu. In my original story, I wrote that our daughter’s name would be “Malibu.” That part obviously changed, because Mom vetoed the idea, and her real name is Adalynn. Looking back, I can admit that naming both my future home location and future daughter “Malibu” may have made things slightly confusing. Still, what matters most is this: So many of the things I once wrote down with faith, clarity, and imagination eventually became real. My hope is that this inspires you to bravely write your own story and share it with the people you love and respect. Sometimes the future begins the moment you put it into words.
