What up all you mighty Cake Eaters! It's THURSDAY so you know what that means.... BRW is HERE AGAIN.... Last weekend was EPIC and I am still feeding of all of your energy form the Massive runs you all completed in BRW EP:10 But the harsh reality is, Here at ECRC we do not live in the past, SO we have the amazing opportunity to GO BIG AGAIN ! What is you RX ? ( that is the cool why of saying prescription) and by "prescription" we mean how BIG can you GO this weekend?

My Cake eaters ONCE AGAIN WELL DONE on another BIG RUN WEEKEND. I have said it and will say it again BIG RUN WEEKENDS is one of my FAVORITE Parts of ECRC so far. HUGE congratulations to @Amy Tingay for a -4min PR/PB for a official half marathon well done. On an another note.... and just for clarification purpose currently BIG RUN WEEKENDS have been set to Saturday and Sunday that we get out there and go BIG.... this past weekend is the first time in 8 weekends that we have not had one of us (a ECRC member) GO OVER THE 20 mi "BOMB RUN" on a Saturday or Sunday. But with that said we DID have @Bernard McKeaveney drop a massive 22 miles on Friday. Well done , savage!!!! So the question for all you all....... Do we want to include Fridays as part of the BIG RUN WEEKENDS ? **further clarification ... regardless of if we decide to include Fridays as part of or BIG RUN WEEKENDS the ECRC STREAK of 8 consecutive weeks dropping a 20 mile run is still going to reset to zero this weekend. The greatest part of a streak ending is starting it again.... but now can we BEAT the 8 weekend bench mark? v

Great work for all of you that have been throwing down the miles and Push-ups everyday so far. BUT YOU KNOW THE DEAL.... It is BIG RUN WEEKEND TIME!!! I know that a few off you already have some BIG RUNS READY TO DROP BOMBS 💣 You the how this works by now. Drop what you got for the weekends RUN in the comments. V

Has anyone else had elevation on activities just stop working? I had an update yesterday morning on my forerunner 265s. It tracked flights of stairs no issue. But my trail run today showed as a flat course. I did the really gross hill to make sure I would be over 1,200 and got no credit 😭

You know what time it is...... BRW! Lets GOOOO!!! know that as the season change and schedules are busy with all the things..... You have every reason to not find a way to get a BIG RUN in this WEEKEND. BUT IT WILL BE A BETTER WEEKEND IF YOU DO! Can the ECRC BRW 20 mile streak continue to survive???
