You lead from certainty, not seeking. • The Boundaries: You stop accepting "crumbs" (low-tier clients, disrespect, or self-doubt) because you finally realize you belong at the head of the table. • The Motivation: You stop doing things to prove your worth to your community and start doing them because you know your worth. The Reality Your worth isn't a destination you reach or a reward you earn after you hit 1,000 members. It’s the foundation you build on. * If the foundation is "I'm not enough," the house will always shake when things get tough. • If the foundation is "I am inherently valuable," the house stands through any market storm. The Work Identify one "truth" you’ve believed about your limitations that actually belongs to someone else (a parent, an ex, a past failure). Delete the file. Update the system.
