Decide the goal before touching AI Ask yourself: 👉 “What am I actually trying to improve right now?” Examples :• get more lead s• make first sale • grow email list • be consistent posting If you can’t name the goal, AI will just create noise. 2. Subtract more than you add For every new thing AI helps you create, remove 2 or 3 things. Ask: ❌ What am I doing that isn’t helping income or growth? ✔ What actually moves the needle? Busy doesn’t equal profitable. 3. Set a stop time No prompting late at night. No “one more idea.” Rest is part of productivity.
