Thought I'd make a quick post to say hello. I started this community because I got fed up with how much time I was wasting scrolling and how hard it had become to actually focus. It feels like everyone's attention is constantly being pulled in a hundred different directions. This isn't about deleting your phone or living off the grid. It's about learning how to use technology without letting it use you.
