Hello Sir! I saw your video about universities that give full financial aid to international students and they are SAT or ACT optional and also we don't require to submit English proficiency test. Only 8 universities were listed in that post. Are there any other universities you know except those who also don't require SAT and English proficiency test ?

I have tried going for SATS online but college board isn’t responding well to ,anyways is there any way of practicing SATs and going for final exams online .I would like to be guided thru and when I attain my scholarship I will be happy
