The CSS profile is how schools determine how much money you need for your scholarships. Hello Sir! I saw your video about universities that give full financial aid to international students and they are SAT or ACT optional and also we don't require to submit English proficiency test. Only 8 universities were listed in that post. Are there any other universities you know except those who also don't require SAT and English proficiency test ?
