Such a huge debate about whether to use a Cube or just skip the step altogether and use premade syrup. I understand skipping it saves time on the front end and ensures consistency, but muddling with a cube is part of what makes it craft.
Special Premier
I made this to accompany this new Italian liqueur (maybe amaro) that I bought today. You can probably substitute the "Fantasia" with "Pimms" but might need to adjust the ratios: - 1½ Gin Mare - 1½ Varnelli Punch Fantasia - 1 Lemon Juice - ½ Caraway Liqueur - ½ Simple Syrup The Caraway Liqueur is homemade. I soaked approximately 100g caraway seeds in 400g of 95% grain spirit. You then add 800g of (2-water-to-1-sugar) syrup. Add additional syrup until taste is palatable. (I totally recommend this liqueur.)

Level 3 update
Hi, cocktail gang. I have decided to give my class to anyone who reaches level 3 for free. I think it is the right thing to do. So, if you want to take this class, you only need to reach level 3. If any of you are level 3, please go and check if the class works for you and let me know if any issues arise.

Apple Cider Whiskey Sour
Found this one on instagram All components in this drink have an autumn vibe with the resulting drink combining aspects of a highball (think Stone Fence) and a whisky 🥃 sour. The apple 🍎 cider/juice is key, pick your favourite. Pick a whisk(e)y with bold flavours. It is laced with vanilla, oak, baking spices, yet light and refreshing. Apple Cider Whiskey Sour 2 oz (60ml) Whisk(e)y 3 oz (90ml) Apple Cider(pressed apple juice) 2 oz (60ml) Fresh Lemon Juice ½ oz (15ml) Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup 3 dashes Smoked Apple Bitters Egg White Dusting of Cinnamon
