"SNOOPY" cocktail. INGREDIENTS: 3/4 OZ Bourbon 3/4 OZ Grand Marnier 1/2 OZ Galiano 1/2 OZ Aperol 1/4 OZ Lemon Juice Garnish: Orange Twist.

"FIOLETT" cocktail.
"FIOLETT" cocktail. Another fantastic Creme de Violette cocktail. Because I like Aquavit. Not very violet color in my cocktail but It tastes so good. INGREDIENTS: 1.5 OZ Aquavit 1/3 OZ Maraschino Liqueur 1/3 OZ White Aromatized Wine (I used Lillet Blanc instead) 1 Bsp Creme De Violette Orange Zest.

"AMARETTO BITTER" cocktail. Original Cocktail by Leandro DiMonriva. "Amaretto Sour" riff. INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 OZ Amaretto 3/4 OZ Jamaica Rum Overproof (Smith & Cross) 1/4 OZ Aperol 1 OZ Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Rich Simple Syrup (2:1) 1 Egg White Garnish: Amaretti Cookie.

@Stephane Foisy For me nothing special but I like it. I think Adriatico is very delicious Amaretto, but maybe I prefer Luxardo Amaretto in cocktails. Is more sweet, maybe more artificial taste but I think it gives more intense fllavour into cocktails.
