What causes you the most stress and how do you deal with that stress?

Today I won’t have a video but I did want to write something just to keep our mental health week going! We’ve talked about all the negative emotions but what about the positive emotions happiness being the most popular! How do you describe happiness? How do you feel physically and mentally when you are happy? For me I have more energy everything is positive! Nothing can go wrong. But it can cause impulsiveness as well which can be great but also not so great! Impulsive thoughts cause us to make decisions with little judgment. For example I get really happy having a great day but I have $50 in my bank account and instead of saving it I have an impulsive thought to upgrade my office setup or get a tattoo. I don’t think about it too much I just do it! Not healthy at all by the way! So tell me have you ever had an impulsive thought?

here's some homework, take 20 minutes in silence whether its in your car, in your office, in your bedroom, take 20 minutes. try to focus on the silence. close your eyes and think... think about the good parts of life! for me sitting in a recliner with my feet up watching every marvel superhero movie with a large meat lovers pizza sitting in front of me lol all jokes I enjoy that stuff but its not where I find peace i find peace at the beach with my feet in the sand staring off into the distance with nothing but ocean in our sights! think about a peaceful time in life and reflect on how you felt then compared to how you felt at your worst. see you in a couple hours! for our Mental Health week video of the day!
