CALL TO POST for our new members!
Hey everyone! With so many new members joining lately, it feels like the perfect time for a little reintroduction. And I have a slightly nerve-wracking challenge for our newest folks: if you’ve been in the group for less than six months, I invite you to post a video of yourself singing here. Pick something you love—something that makes you feel good and confident. This is not a feedback moment. No critiques. No teachable moments. Just a celebration of the courage it takes to sing and share your voice. 🎶 I also want to say thank you for being so patient with me over the last few months. I’ve been very busy with work, and I was also quite sick for a while. (Maybe I’ll share more about that another time—but for now I’m just grateful to be slowly getting better.) I’m so grateful that you’re all here, and I’m really looking forward to hearing your voices! 💛

@Lizzy Clarke I have been singing for just about my entire life, but I think it was 2 years ago with my school's production of "The Little Mermaid" when I started learning how to sing with my chest instead of pure falsetto.
NEW SINGING CHALLEGE!
Hey friends! 💛 There are so many new people in here that I can barely keep up — which is an excellent problem to have. Welcome, welcome, welcome! I also want to say sorry if I’ve been a little quiet this month, and especially if the Premium tier has felt a bit light on new content lately. I’ll be back in there very soon with more lessons, tools, and fun — I promise. The reason for the radio silence: I’ve been hired to coordinate the February Folk Festival in the town where I live, and wow… It’s taking over my life a little 😅 It’s been exciting, meaningful, and very time-consuming — but things are starting to settle, and I’m excited to pour that energy back into this space. In the meantime, I’d love to know more about you. Who are you ? What’s your singing background? What brings you here? 🎤 COMMUNITY CHALLENGE (new & old members!) Post a short video of yourself singing something EASY. ✨ Something you love ✨ Something comfortable ✨ Something that feels good to sing No pressure. No perfection. Just sound. Can’t wait to meet you all and hear your voices. 💛

"Love The Hell Out Of You" by Lewis Capaldi
Attempting the "Queen of the Night" aria...
(of course, this is an octave lower, as I haven't trained my whistles to do that quite yet 😂) why do I do these things to myself...

FEEDBACK WELCOMED: Belated Victory Celebration In The Form Of A Tag
In (Belated) Celebration of Lemon Squeezy Quartet winning Gold in the 2025 Internationals recently, I decided to sing a Tag of one of their competition songs as a Congrats. Most Unusual-Lovely Day • Arr. Walter Latzko

That's actually incredible! 🔥 One of my biggest dreams is to either join a barbershop quarter or an a capella group one day.
New Faces & Voices!
Hey everyone! 💛 I’ve noticed we’ve got a bunch of amazing new faces here, so I thought it’d be fun to get to know each other a little more! If you’re comfortable, drop a quick comment and share: - What kind of music you love to sing - OR the artist who inspires you the most right now - OR a fun fact about you as a singer 🎤 This community is full of warm, supportive humans, and I’d love to spark more conversations between you all. 💫I’ll start in the comments too!

Hey everyone! My name is Benjamin, and I have about a 4 octave vocal range! Of course, this depends on the day, where sometimes I can go pretty low and other days INSANELY high (never at the same time, though. I think that only happened once and I was sick lol). One of my favorite things about music are key changes. There's just something about a key change that just makes my heart do cartwheels (and beautiful harmonies). My greatest inspirations are mainly female singers (e.g. Mariah Carey (i've done some of her higher songs before), Whitney Houston, Ariana Grande, and Tori Kelly, among many, MANY more!) However, there are the males out there who hold a special place in my heart (Gabriel Henrique, Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Frank Sinatra, and Michael Buble). I also play piano! (sorry for the fan-girling lol)
