How To Boost Park Occupancy with SEO For Free
Hey @everyone, I’ve been learning a ton from the conversations in this group, it’s awesome seeing mobile home park owners helping each other out. 👏 Since I’ve spent 14 years in SEO, I wanted to share a couple of free tips that can help you fill more lots and increase occupancy by getting your park discovered online. 📈 Here’s why SEO matters for mobile home parks: - 68% of all online experiences start with a search engine. If you’re not visible there, prospects can’t find you. - Parks with complete, accurate online listings typically see 2–3x more inquiries than those with missing/incorrect info. 1️⃣ Step 1: See Where Your Park Stands (The Reality Check) Most parks are either missing from online directories or have outdated info, which hurts occupancy. A quick way to check is to run your park through this free tool: 👉 Check Your Parks Online Visibility (It's Free) You’ll instantly see: - How many places your park shows up online - If your info is correct (spoiler: often it isn’t 😅) - What % of your listings have errors 2️⃣ Step 2: Boost Your Online Visibility Forever (Without Paying Subscriptions) Instead of paying for expensive “listing management” services that charge every year, you can take control yourself. I’ve put together a spreadsheet with 40+ high-impact directories (specific to mobile home parks) where you can add/update your info for free: 📊 Link to SEO Boost Directory Directory Tips - Be consistent with the Name, Address, and phone number - Select the right categories (Mobile Home Park) - Connect to social accounts & add images Once you update these, you’re set. More visibility, more calls from prospective tenants, and higher occupancy… without ongoing costs. If you’ve got any questions about this, just let me know I'm happy to help! 🚀

🚀 Announcing MHP Match – Now in Beta!
After more than two years as a real estate entrepreneur and educator, one lesson stands above the rest: the true value lies in the community you build. MHPmatch.com I’ve seen this first-hand with @The MHP Pros . The biggest breakthroughs didn’t just come from our teaching, but from the connections mentees made with each other: 🤝 Partnering on deals 📇 Sharing industry contacts 💡 Helping one another overcome challenges they’d already faced Those relationships transformed both lives and businesses. That’s why I saw an opportunity to take this to the next level—by creating a platform designed to connect all mobile home park professionals under one roof. Imagine: 🏡 MHP owners finding trusted mobile home dealers, mechanics, and movers, 📊 GPs with finance expertise teaming up with operators in the field 🌐 A true ecosystem where everyone in the industry can connect and grow together That vision is what gave birth to MHP Match—and I’m excited to share that it’s officially in Beta Testing! 👉 If you’d like to be an early adopter and help shape this new system, now’s the time to jump in.

Approaching "Off-Grid" MHP & RV Park Owners - Need Advice!
I'm looking to connect with owners of mobile home and RV parks who are essentially "off the grid" in terms of online presence - no website and sometimes not even a listed phone number. I'm finding quite a few parks in my target area that fit this description, and I'd love some advice from those who've had success reaching these owners. 1. What's been your most effective approach for making first contact? Direct mail? In-person visits? Something else? 2. For those parks that aren't immediately interested in selling, I'm considering offering complementary services as a way to build relationships. Has anyone had success offering website development, online marketing, property management assistance, or other services to park owners? I'm thinking this could be a good way to build trust while also providing value. 3. How do you typically structure that initial pitch conversation once you do make contact? Any specific language or approaches that have worked well when the owner wasn't actively looking to sell? I appreciate any insights or personal experiences you can share. I believe there's great potential in these "hidden" properties, but I want to approach them respectfully and effectively.
