Here’s why: 1) you will need to onboard your carriers by creating documents to get started working with you. *I believe that thsi needs to be efficient as possible so your not scrambling once you talk to a potential carrier. You can create and track all your prospects from files and folders you create for each carrier. Have them sign them and return to you. 2) then you can go start looking at loads for them 3) broker contracts sent to you via email for signing and keeping everything organized in Google workspace as well. **Hope this helps. I did use chat gpt to help assist in helping me build out a system for onboarding and creating the carriers packet for onboarding Once this is done, I think it only makes sense to start marketing for leads and driving them Into your funnel.. otherwise if you don’t have this part down, it will cause confusion and scrambling around to make it flow for you.
