Alright legends, Papa Fox is temporarily restricted on X and FB. Is it a Matrix attack? No 😂 not at all It's simply a case of pushing to hard and getting a temporary ban, which happens about once or twice a month DMs are a large part of our strategy, so not being able to use them obviously sucks. BUT... We're not going to lose sleep or revenue because of this ban. Here's what I do when this happens: 1. I make a point to up my volume with email Currently emailing once a day, I look to push that to 2-3x a day when I can't DM. Yes my unsubscribes increase, but I out gain my unsubs every single day so I'm not to stressed about that. 2. I get more aggressive with my email offers You'll notice it very quickly if you're on my list. I will start to push harder and harder with getting replies, link clicks etc. My goal is to make up for the lost volume, but also ensure as many people as possible are seeing my offers. 3. I utilize my community This post is a prime example, I have built a community of over 1k people in under 90 days, the goal is to utilize that, sell to that community, while still providing a lot of value and support for the people in here. 4. I focus on my clients This is one that a lot of people neglect. For me, it's how I start my day and how I end it. I answer all client questions, I make sure to check-in with lagging clients and I chat to clients who are winning to see if they want to renew, upgrade or purchase additional services. I don't help clients just so they can upgrade, I help them so they can win, which inevitably leads to... upgrades. And when my focus goes towards them... upgrades, wins and $$ follows for all those involved. I've been playing a lot with Email lately (you may have noticed) and it's working... like really well. At the moment, I'm averaging 5-10 inbound leads a day Not just leads who add me as a friend and then try to flip pitch me... you know who you are. But leads who are asking: "How do I work with you?" or "What are your current offers and pricing?" or people requesting info on our offer from email It's incredible and something I never thought was possible. We're still pushing with outbound, content etc. Waking up to leads ready to buy is very cool... and I've now really been able to dial in this process Our current offer "4Step Coaching" is one of the best things we've created, it allows us to ONLY work with people we like and enjoy working with. It allows to form long term relationships And ultimately allows the freedom, consistency and predictability we've always wanted At WORST next month we will finish the month at $40k/mo. just from long term clients The mental clarity that's given us is out of this world. So enough bragging how is it done? It's simple, the right content mix, pushing to a tactical "community" (Skool, Email list etc.), the right nurture content (mini-course, YT), then the right offer with built in scarcity and urgency + a sprinkle of decent story telling Then my inbox is full of "How can I work with ya?"
