What resistance is holding you back? What fear, doubt or insecurity is nagging at you? The time is always now for change and for action. And by action I don't mean some big thing ....in my experience, it's the small things, the small steps that make the biggest difference. Take that book off the shelf. Open your idea notebook that's been sitting there waiting for you. Jot down your dreams and desires for your healing journey. What do you want it to look like? It can always be adjusted, altered, completely changed.....the important thing is to do something that gets you moving along. Action always interrupts the drift.
