This sounds like so much fun!!!
I piled my plate to overflowing
No, not with food, but with Skool groups! I’ve done that with food in the past as well, it’s a pattern I have. I get excited about lots of different foods and before I know it, my plate is full and I feel like I have to eat it all. That’s why leaning into raw veggies works so well for me… I love them and I can eat lots and lots of them and feel vibrant and healthy. It’s a simple bio hack! Interesting how these patterns can manifest in different areas of our lives. Have you noticed any of your patterns with food playing out in other areas of your life? I can’t possibly consume or check in with all the groups that are on my plate, not with the limited time I have to be on Skool. When I look at my groups list, I just feel overwhelmed. My strategy…to use the Grind In process we practice in the Stress Eating Solution that can be used for any sort of addictive behavior. I’ll share in the comments how it works and how I’m using it later today. If you have any ideas for me, let me know! And if I’m in your Skool group and not active in there at all, please forgive me. My plate overfloweth.

I can totally relate! All these Skool groups have something valuable to offer which adds to our own experience and tool box!!! Dang! Which delicacy shall I choose and indulge in first???

@Joshua Haag I still wish for multiple clones of myself so I can experience it ALL
What if the ONE thing you measured was how deeply and consistently you relax?
What if you let go of counting calories and macros, minutes of exercise, and numbers on the scale and just focused on giving yourself consistent time to rest and relax? What if you did this daily, and maybe even multiple times a day? I went from 220 pounds in July of 2024 to 146 pounds in January of 2025. That was after years of trying to let go of weight, with not much success. I was moving a lot around our ranch, eating big plates of vegetables for breakfast, and yet the number on the scale would not budge. During the time when the weight flew off, I did not count calories, didn’t exercise much outside of walking and doing stuff around the ranch, and did not weigh myself at all for months. I thought the scale might be broken when it said 146 lbs in January! The number I was shooting for was 160. The one thing I really showed up for, day after day was deep relaxation. I showed up for this at least once a day, and often multiple times a day. Guided relaxation is my strategy. This helps me to relax quickly and deeply. That’s why I offer this modality at all the live sessions we do. I know it can work really well. But many strategies can work…walking in nature, taking time to drink tea, dancing joyfully and ecstatically, spending time in prayer, engaging in creative pursuits, or even just taking a few moments to breathe consciously throughout the day. And yes, I did intermittent fasting during this time, and ate lots and lots of vegetables. I still do :) The time I spent in daily relaxation helped me to show up for fasting, and for making healthy food choices, mindfully and consistently. What does consistent rest and relaxation do? - Can reduce blood pressure and improve concentration and mood - Settles our nervous system, connects us with the parasympathetic nervous system. That’s the system responsible for RESt and Digest. - Connecting with the Parasympathetic nervous system helps us digest our food well, and allows the body to heal and cleanse.

This week, we are swapping out Market Monday with Movement Monday. What kind of movement is lighting you up and making you happy? You can share it with words, post a video of yourself doing movement, or post a movement video you like to follow. Anything related to joyful movement is fair game! Remember that one of the best ways to market yourself in this group and in any group on Skool is to make posts that are relevant to the people in the community, and connect with people on a personal level.

Silly me - horse back riding!!
What helps you RELAX the most?
I'm curious what type of nervous system regulator you are. Let me know in the comment section too what your favorite way to rest and relax and come into a regulated nervous system is!

It depends but normally active breathwork or journaling. Then there is walking away from the stressor completely by hiking, horse play.

@Adelbert Joseph Lovely to meet you Adelbert (your name sounds German?) I have been a part of this community since the end of last year. I met @Vasi Smith in another Skool group and I have found her to be a beautiful and inspirational person. And I love supporting her as best as I can here.
