Your Story Has Power - Don’t Keep It to Yourself
Let’s get real for a second - this life isn’t just about you. It's about what you leave behind. Every experience, every mistake, every victory you’ve had; someone out there needs that wisdom right now. You’ve been growing, learning, and evolving. But at some point, the mission changes…You shift from a growth mindset to a contribution mindset. That’s when life really starts to expand. The truth is: Your story could be someone else’s survival guide. Your lessons could be the shortcut someone desperately needs. Your voice could be the spark that lights another person’s comeback. Challenge: This week, share one piece of knowledge that’s uniquely yours. Whether it’s a hard-earned life lesson, a skill, or a mindset shift - put it out there. You'll be amazed at how many people needed to hear exactly that. Because when you share your knowledge, you don’t just grow - You multiply impact. CTA: Drop a post today titled “What I’ve Learned That Could Help Someone Else.” Let’s make contribution contagious."

@Chantal Cain FYI… maybe you can check out the National Women's Memorial in Arlington,VA. I believe they were registering women who have served, and I think you can leave a story.

I would like to know, now, what my Grandfather did in WW2. I don’t remember his stories he told me long ago, today. 😫
Family Time
So how many children and grandchildren do you have? Do you get to see them often or do they live very far from you? I have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. But they live very far away and I rarely see them. It is a bummer. That's why I want to retire with enough money to go visit them as much as I want or help them move close to where I live. I am working on some digital marketing but haven't hit it big yet.

Success Story From Someone Who Never Thought They’d Start Over
When I joined this community, I honestly wasn’t sure what direction my life was heading. Like many of you, I was looking for purpose, freedom, and a way to create income without breaking my back or depending on the system. What changed everything for me was discovering something simple but powerful: 👉 I didn’t need a “traditional” job to build a meaningful, stable income again. I started learning about online business, and eventually I found dropshipping. At first, I struggled I didn’t know where to begin, what products to sell, or how to set things up properly. But then I partnered with an expert team who helped me build everything correctly from the ground up. And honestly? That one decision gave me a level of peace and confidence I hadn’t felt in years. Now my business runs smoothly, brings in consistent income, and allows me to focus on life, healing, and purpose not stress. It’s been one of the easiest and most flexible paths I’ve taken, especially as someone rebuilding their life. I’m sharing this because I know so many veterans here are looking for: ✔️ A new start ✔️ Income without physical strain ✔️ Something they can grow at their own pace ✔️ A path that brings back confidence and independence If anyone here is curious about how I got started or wants to explore a simple online business they can run from anywhere, I’m more than happy to share what helped me. We’re all rebuilding something. And if my story can help even one person here find their next step then this community is exactly what it’s meant to be.

@Wojciech Kacper Congratulations 🎉
Thanksgiving
I hope everyone had a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend! I enjoyed spending it with my family. When I was stationed overseas, I never came home for thanksgiving. When you were in the service, how hard was it being away from your family?

I so understand! I was stationed at Ft.Drum and everyone else went home but weapons needed to be guarded. So I stayed to let others be with their families. Probably because I didn’t want another tearful moment, which is exactly what happened to others upon returning.
The Gear I Miss (or Don’t Miss!)
Is there a piece of gear you actually miss? Or one you never want to see again? Actually, I miss the BDUs. I used to like wearing them with the hat because they had so many pockets and were very comfortable. I got rid of them a long time ago because I have moved so many times and they didn't seem absolutely necessary at the time. I regret getting rid of them now, of course. But they might not fit me anymore. I'm not fat, but I was very small when I was in the service 40 years ago!!!! How about you?

I agree, I loved the pockets. Sometimes with all the pockets on the uniform I forgot where I put everything 🤣
