In case you would like to make a round door for your palletable cobin, this is how I like to do it. To make the actual door, I’ll be using redwood boards and doubling them up to make it 2 inches thick and will put some big hobbit style hinges on them. To make the cob stick to the smooth plywood I’ll make a flour paste and add course sand to that then paint that on the smooth surface. Will be starting to build the roof today 😊
