My book has started getting sales. All praise belongs to God.
But when will the royalties be deposited into my bank account? How long does it usually take?

Up to 90 days. It's two months after the end of the current month, so June gets paid at the very end of August
AI Discolosure
Question about using PublishFlow (or any other AI tool that generates a working first draft), do all those who use it disclose the book has been created by AI? Some may use the text generated almost as is and others will heaving review, reorder, edit etc so looking for answers in both scenarios. Thank you

Always disclose. It's not worth risking your account by not disclosing. I always say for the text that it's AI generated and heavily edited, because I do go through it with a fine tooth comb and make changes as I go to un-AI it and make it mine.

@Laurna Dixon There are four levels to choose from regarding AI disclosure, from memory. I'm not in front of my laptop to yen you the exact wording, but I choose the choice that's like, 'written with AI, but heavily edited'
Question about reviews
Hi all. Newbie here. I’m about a week out from posting my first book. I see @Davide Altieri’s comment on another post about the risk of being banned for using review services. Can friends/family review without officially purchasing from Amazon? I’ve shared the PDF with a few people who liked it and said they would write a review once it’s live. Is this suspicious to Amazon? They would give real reviews but would not have the purchase history.

I would not get friends or family to review your books. Go a little wider. It's quite OK to give out PDF copies of your book - it's known as an ARC (Advanced Reader Copy) - and to ask for an honest review from those people. They do not need to have purchased it, it is just an unverified review.

@Heather C. I do get a few initial reviews for my books just to get the ball rolling, but I'm very slow and careful with it.
Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
The first book you see got its ebook approved but the paperback got blocked. The second one got both blocked. Now in the mail they gave the same reason for both. They said the book might result in disappointing costumer experience or something like that, i mailed them again but they are not elaborating the exact reason.

A disappointing experience could be anything from a mismatch between the cover and what's inside, to an obviously AI book with zero editing - perhaps leaving some of the AI remnants in the text. That reason for a block is a very hard one to figure out.
Cost of book
So, do you only release one book every three months or so? What is the cost of releasing the book(formatting, cover design, copyright, editing, ghost writer, reviews, ARC, etc.). I have gone done this path before and it costed me a lot money and time for little to no results.

I use Publish Flow for my full book production. I purchased a yearly membership when it launched, but it has a monthly plan as well. I use the create function on it for my cover creation for new books (not my existing brands: I use Canva and Affinity for that) and A+ and I find it exceptional. I have also used their formatting and it was good. I do prefer to format in Affinity or Canva, depending on my brand. Considering I was paying $676 for a ghostwriter who was good, but slow, this has streamlined my workflow. Everything else I do myself. For launching, I allow around $1K per book, but that was before I watched Davide's videos last night! Now, I think I'll build a brand I don't need to do that with, or at least minimize it.
