Trainees, listen up. If you want to see results, you need more than just motivation; you need a plan. I’m seeing some of you working hard, but many of you are still drifting. That stops now. We are ramping up the intensity this month to push you past your current plateaus. 💗Here is exactly what is coming to CHICADANCE in the next few weeks: 1. EXCLUSIVE LIVE CLASSES (3-Month Program & 30-Day Challenge) I will be holding two high-intensity live sessions specifically for those enrolled in our structured programs. - The Focus: Technical precision, weight shifting, and the "trainee standard" of execution. - Not in a program yet? If you missed the current window, keep your eyes open. You can sign up for the Next Batch soon to lock in your spot and get access to these exclusive training sessions. Don't let the next 30 days pass you by without a plan. ( If you sign up this week, you can access the live classes for this month1) 2. COMMUNITY LIVE DANCE CLASS I’m opening up the floor. I will be holding a live dance class for the entire community. We are going to drill fundamentals together. No excuses, be there, ready to sweat.🫡 3. LIVE FEEDBACK & Q&A This is where the real growth happens. I’ll be doing a live session to break down your videos, point out exactly where your form is breaking, and answer your most pressing questions about the trainee lifestyle. If you want to be corrected, this is your chance. 4. NEW DETAILED TUTORIAL I am releasing a deep-dive dance tutorial for the whole community this month. We aren’t just "learning a dance", we are dissecting the movement, the grooves, and the timing so you can perform it with actual power, not just mimicry. ONE MORE THING: I am considering putting together an "Idol Body" Workout Playlist, a curated set of conditioning and stamina drills specifically designed to build the strength and lean muscle needed for K-pop performance. K-pop is a fusion. To be a top-tier idol, you can’t just do one thing. You need the sharpness of Hip-Hop and the fluidity of Jazz/Contemporary. If you could wake up tomorrow with mastery over ONE style to level up your K-pop performance, what would it be? - Popping? - Waacking? - House? Tell me below. I might drop a fundamental drill for the most requested style.
