The bride and I went to the local Home Show at our convention center this weekend. Spent a bit of money on fudge and the usual treats. Bought some handmade goat soap and alpaca bag for my MIL. Made lots of connections with roofers, and window installation companies. And made 2 stellar connections with a new home builder and his lovely wife, a doctor.... And the big connection is with the local builders association.. We have been invited to join their upcoming meeting and talk about AI .... It is in a couple of weeks, so we are pretty excited...

I discovered this group while perusing meetup.com. Apparently similar to BNI, with free first visits, annual dues, and membership requirements. They have BOTH in-person and virtual meetups, so it could potentially be more beneficial than a local-only group like BNI. I'm planning to attend my first event this Friday morning. Looks like it could be a great opportunity. Hey everyone! This community is ELECTRIC....the momentum is contagious! I'm happy to be here for to learn, exchange ideas and connect with all of you. I am Lori, military spouse, USAF vet, and last year decided to take my AI skills to market. In November I created The Boardroom...a collection of AI agents for solopreneurs before I knew what I was doing and before much of the AI tech that is so easily accessible right now. Started selling it but didn't know how to scale and the journey has led me here. I'm in the stage of life where my husband is nearing the end of his military career, kids are launching into the world and we want to make sure the bag is secure in all ways. @Brian Arrington introduced me here and this community is everything he's said it is. I joined Tuesday night, it's Thursday night....I read through some of the posts and was inspired to reach out to somebody and make an offer. I just had my first call today with a vacation property rental company who needs just about everything. I know one of the partners. I made a quick website and voice ai, in HL. She was really impressed, but wants to show her biz partner. I need to come up with 'one thing' to propose by Thursday, so trying to figure that out. I may offer a website with voice or conversation ai only to start. Hard to know how to structure it. They need help getting leads too. They are every low tech, use spreadsheets, so no CRM, and use Hostgator and WP. They manage vacation properties in Mexico through their website, Airbnb and VRBO. Not sure where to start. Though they are open to my recommendations and i said I'd be back in touch on Thursday. Love to hear any advice @Craig Cameron ? Thanks!
