Maybe a whale on the line?
I had an appointment today with a surface coating company. It went kinda well I think. I am perhaps overwhelmed at the moment and fell outta my league. This company advertises heavely with print and online marketing. They currently have a call center that follows up within a minute, of their average 3000 leads per month. they state they have a 50% convert to appointment and a 30% close rate on those 50%, so looking at a 16.5% conversion rate. They are looking to cut costs and increase conversions with ai. I think they need conversation ai to capture those leads by text instead of voice ai. They are already looking at Hatch and Structurly to fill the gap, however wanted to chat with me for a third option. They have my price for the conversation ai, but want a proposal for both via email, and then a follow up appointment for early next week. They are just one company in one state, hinted that they are looking for expansion into other states. Currently having a new crm built out custom, (NetSuite) because their current crm (also custom and old) doesn't play nice with other systems. I feel like i shot myself in the foot giving out the price for conversation ai (6500 setup, 997m), though they asked, but they want a price for voice, which is much easier to put together, but generally cheaper. I went and checked out Hatch and Structurly and now I feel like i can never compete with those companies. I would like to know the groups opinions on next moves, pricing and how to make myself shine enough to score this client.
