Today we’re hunting for treasure…but not the pirate kind. Your mission is to find 3 tiny things today that make you smile. They might be: ☕ the first sip of coffee 🐕 a happy dog 🌤 a patch of sunshine 🎶 a song you forgot you loved Science says when we actively look for positive moments, our brain releases dopamine and serotonin — the same chemicals that boost mood and motivation. So today… we go treasure hunting. My things today were all the dogs, I spilled my coffee which made me laugh because of course I would, and the sunset at the winery right now!

I think I have a lot of anger towards myself and other family members from when I was younger that is completely irrational that I need to let go of. Everyone was doing the best that they could and everything worked out.
