Telmisartan on Cycle: The Blood Pressure Drug Worth Understanding Properly
Someone asked in Discussion whether telmisartan should be a staple on TRT and blast, and whether you become dependent on it. Good question, and the answer is more interesting than "it lowers blood pressure." Up front: telmisartan is a prescription drug. Everything below includes dosages, including my own, because pretending dose information does not exist does not protect anyone. It just means people get the number from a forum without the warnings attached. The warnings are the part most sources skip, so read to the end. WHY BLOOD PRESSURE IS THE THING TO WATCH The HAARLEM study followed men through real anabolic steroid cycles with echocardiography before, at the end, and a year later. During the cycle, systolic blood pressure rose about 6 mmHg and diastolic about 5 mmHg. Left ventricular mass rose roughly 28 grams, and the increase tracked with dose. Ejection fraction dropped about 5 percent. The good news is that most of it reversed after the cycle. The bad news is that reversal was observed in men who came off. If you blast and cruise for years, you are holding the system in the stressed state and never running the recovery arm of that experiment. So blood pressure is not a side issue on cycle. It is the main cardiovascular lever, and unlike a lot of what gets discussed here, it is cheap to measure and treatable with drugs that have decades of outcome data. THIS IS LAW 1, GOVERNORS VS ACCELERATORS Every system has accelerators and governors. The accelerator is obvious: androgens, growth factors, training, food. The governor is what limits how long you can keep your foot down. On cycle the governors are blood pressure, cardiac remodeling, lipids, and hematocrit. Most people spend all their attention on the accelerator and none on the governor, then wonder why the car is shaking. Managing blood pressure is not a side quest. It is what determines how many years you get to keep pushing the accelerator at all. WHAT TELMISARTAN ACTUALLY IS Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker. Angiotensin II is the signal that constricts blood vessels and drives aldosterone and sodium retention. Telmisartan blocks it at the AT1 receptor, so vessels relax and pressure drops.

Does it reduce the risk of heart growth if you take 200mg a day i heard androgenic said it
DECA Has More Human Research Than Most People Realize
I wanted to do a proper breakdown on DECA because people repeat a lot of claims about it without separating what has actually been studied from what people just assume. There is real human evidence showing increases in lean mass, strength, bone density, and even reduced spine fractures in certain populations. There is also research showing improved joint pain. But this is where the distinction matters. Less pain does not automatically mean the joint was repaired. The studies do not prove that DECA rebuilds damaged cartilage, tendons, or ligaments just because someone feels better. Then there are the tradeoffs. Natural testosterone can be suppressed. Sexual effects can be very individual. Some people report better libido and sexual function, while others report weaker erections, lower libido, or difficulty reaching orgasm. There are also concerns around water retention, mood changes, fertility, and potentially cholesterol. So my takeaway is simple: DECA can have real benefits. It can also have real downsides. And the balance can look completely different from one person to another. Full breakdown: https://youtu.be/yRQt2Ugp4G0?si=kWs3iCRxkxo0nBPs

what would be your approach if someome really needs injectable but has fears of needles but missing out to recover from a health problem
Bloodwork done
Is my Bloodwork good i asked google ki it says my Overview of the most important abnormalities - Altered lipid profile (blood fats): Your total cholesterol (242 mg/dl), LDL cholesterol (194 mg/dl), and non-HDL cholesterol (216.7 mg/dl) are elevated. At the same time, the protective HDL cholesterol is too low at 25 mg/dl. This indicates an imbalance in lipid metabolism. - Elevated liver value (GPT/ALT): The GPT value (also called ALT) is 93 U/l, which is above the reference range of less than 50 U/l. The other liver values (GOT/AST, GGT, bilirubin) are normal. - Slightly elevated lipase: Lipase, an enzyme indicating pancreatic function, is minimally above the upper limit of the norm (< 67 U/l) at 72 U/l. - Slightly elevated platelets (thrombocytes): The blood platelet count is 366 thsd./µl, which is slightly above the upper reference limit (328 thsd./µl). what can i take to get these in range
