Your job is to help them see a simpler path and help them decide if we're the right fit. That's it. We sell almost entirely by chat. No cold calling. No pressure tactics. No bro-sales energy. Our whole philosophy is that sales is service: listen deeply, care genuinely, and only invite people in when it's actually right for them. If that sounds like a breath of fresh air, keep reading. You're good at: - Building real rapport over DM and text (Instagram, Skool, email) - Asking great questions and listening more than you talk - Following up consistently without being annoying - Staying organized across a lot of open conversations - Taking coaching and applying it fast Extra awesome if... - You've sold coaching, consulting, or another high-ticket offer before - You've done any chat-based or DM sales - You're comfortable hopping on the occasional Zoom call when a lead wants one - You're a little bit woo and a little bit business (you'd fit right in) - You want to build a career here, not just a side gig What you'll do - Respond to inbound leads in our Skool community and Instagram DMs - Run chat conversations from "hey, saw your post" to "I'm in" - Follow up with warm leads and past conversations (this is where most of the money is) - Take sales calls when a lead prefers to talk it through live - Keep our CRM clean and pipelines updated - Join a short weekly sales huddle where we review conversations and sharpen your skills together
